You get up early to take your brisk 45-minute morning walk. At other times you do gym-based workouts, but you can do a meditative practice while you walk, and that makes you feel totally energized and alive, and also mentally and spiritually recharged and feeling your best for the new day. Then you get ready to go to the office.
During your commute (unless you telecommute), you eat a banana and get a great idea for solving an issue that has come up at work. When you arrive, you start your day as usual with a get-organized period for reviewing your schedule and prioritizing your day’s tasks. You listen to one or two empowering audios (hypnosis or otherwise) while you do this. You purposely avoid early morning meetings whenever possible so you can start with this routine and get fully focused on the work to be accomplished, and you then make time to chat with co-workers and team members about personal lives or work topics.
As meetings and task work proceed through the day, you are fully present and give the other people, tasks, and issues your full attention. You enjoy your work and the job is challenging, rewarding, and even fun. Because you are usually prepared and present in the moment, your managers, peers, and subordinates find you to be a great resource – very capable, smart, creative, and reliable. People enjoy working with you, and you are known for coming up with the absolutely brilliant idea when it is most needed. As a result, you advance to the next perfect job for you, with new challenges and responsibilities, every year or two.
You have learned to be very attuned to your heart and open to intuition and inspiration because they guide you very effectively in both your work and your personal life. You find great joy in life, and you are happy most of the time. You are grateful for having learned the empowering lessons of participating as a fully conscious creator in a creative universe.
You are empowered because you know you have the power to choose and create and be aware of what you are feeling, thinking, and creating in the flow of moments and unfolding life. You know your purpose and the life adventure that you are on, and you live true to it because it fulfills you. You attract and know the good things in life.
As you return home at the end of the day, you choose to let the Universe recharge and renew you as you travel so that you arrive feeling refreshed. You greet your partner (and kids if you have them), and you prepare your evening meal together. You relax and as you eat together, you share details of your life that day along with the appreciation and love that you share for each other.
Later in the evening you make time to listen to or watch something inspirational. Perhaps you are studying an educational program that will take you to your next level of awakening. Learning and awakening are very important to you because it was on that path that your life changed very much for the better and became a joy rather than a struggle, very meaningful, and even delightful in moments almost every day. At bed time, you do a short meditation and move into a state of complete relaxation, peace, and joy, and soon you are asleep.
As a friend said about this kind of empowerment… “You’re pulled forward by excitement, rather than pushed forward by pain.” This is more about the adventure of life rather than doing battle in the “practical” world where hard work and struggle is constantly required – i.e., where people have not yet learned to be empowered and inspired. I want you to experience the adventure – the empowerment and spiritual inspiration. Every soul adds their own light to the world when given the chance to shine it.
