How can I work on my evolvement to higher levels, and how do I help those who are stuck?

Your questions cover a lot of territory, but here are several things to pursue…
One – Choose to be filled with love and to send love out to others at all times. Love is so very powerful, and that is why Jesus emphasized it so much. People are so inclined to be judgmental, negative, and self-centered and self-focused. But if you hold love and share love, it is such a positive force that it will heal those negative energies, and will you become more other-centered and God-centered.
Two – Ho’oponopono is a simple and strong method for clearing negative energies. You simply say these four phrases” and direct them to yourself, another person, God, or the world: I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. You can say them out loud or silently and in any order, but you must say them with strong feeling and with strong healing intention.
Three – Intend yourself to be whole with mind, body, and soul becoming healthy, integrated, and balanced – again with strong feeling and with strong healing intention. Then feel yourself opening up your whole being (mind, body, and soul united), and becoming one with God. Feel your energy and your consciousness growing day by day.
If you practice these three methods of powerful spiritual intention every day, you will steadily grow in the way that you are asking for. Don’t expect it to be instantaneous. Know instead that it is cumulative with results that grow more powerful with each week of practice.
