True empowerment comes from being one in consciousness with the Source of all power – Universal Consciousness (aka God). True power is spiritual power: it heals, it uplifts, it fulfills, it works miracles. Being one in consciousness requires going into stillness, letting go of ego, and surrendering to Divine love.
