One of the best decisions I ever made was to start walking daily, briskly, for 30-45 minutes. The human body is designed for regular physical activity. Walking daily has allowed me to be much healthier and happier, manage stress better, have more energy, and engage in life more fully than when I was younger. I wish I would have started this routine in my 20’s or 30’s, instead of my 50’s, because it would have led me to a much more rewarding life so much earlier.
If you want improved health and more energy, start walking today, preferably outdoors, and you will see what I mean! I think walking is better than running for most people. Start slowly and work your way up on distance and pace. With love, RP
