So many people are resistant to change. Why is that? I think it is habit taken too far. People get comfortable with how things are, and they understand what they know and their patterns of living and responding. But people with big dreams know that they must be constantly learning, adapting, and getting better. You can’t achieve big dreams without learning what the big dreams demand that you learn, and you must be quick to adapt when things don’t go as expected.
